At Detail Miami, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To maintain fair and consistent policies, please review the following terms and conditions regarding memberships and rentals:

1. Rental Bookings

24-Hour Policy: No refunds will be issued for rental cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time.

Cancellations Outside 24 Hours: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing fees.

2. Memberships

Monthly Membership Billing: Monthly memberships renew automatically on the first of each month. Members are responsible for maintaining up-to-date billing information.

Canceling a Membership: To cancel your membership, please contact our team directly. We recommend providing notice by the end of the previous month to avoid charges for the following month.

Current Month Refunds: No refunds will be granted on the current month’s membership fee after the first three days of the month.

No refunds for Past Months: We do not issue refunds for previous months, regardless of membership usage. Please manage your membership to align with your anticipated use.

3. Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

4. Additional Terms

No-Show Policy for Rentals: If a member or renter does not attend a scheduled rental without prior cancellation, no refund or rescheduling will be permitted.

Changes to Policies: Detail Miami reserves the right to amend this refund policy and terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to active members or posted on our website.
